RETURNS POLICY

We accept returned items that are unworn, in the original packaging with tags on and returned within 14 DAYS of you receiving the item. 

All items go through the process of an inspection, and any item received that has body odour, makeup stains, ripped in places unusually (other than manufacturing fault) will be returned back to you and will not be eligible for any refund/exchange. 

If you return your item within the timescale above, we are willing to refund your order amount or exchange your product for another one, if this is what you prefer.

When returning your parcel we kindly ask that you leave a slip inside with your full details (name, order number and reason for return) on so we can locate your order easily once we receive your parcel. If you’re having a problem finding your order number, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW

All returns are processed by our warehouse staff within 14 WORKING DAYS of receiving your item. This does not count from the day you have sent it, and only counts from the day we receive it back from you. 

Return costs are covered by the purchaser. We are not responsible to cover any postage costs and we ask that you always make sure to track your returned parcel to make it easier for us to locate at the warehouse. This will also make sure that you, as the purchaser are covered.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are NON REFUNDABLE and they are NOT EXCHANGEABLE. This means that any item that is not a full priced item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. This information is laid out in our terms and conditions on our website and also detailed in our return policy. This should always be read before purchasing. Any item received at our warehouse which has been bought through a sale will be returned back to the customer. 

 

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

An example of a discounted item is when you have used a discount code to reduce the price of an item. E.G. ‘30OFF’ for 30% off. 

Any items bought using a SALE discount code of or above the amount of 30% will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Any items returned to us using a sale discount code will be returned to the customer. 

Items bought using a discount code below the amount of 30% are eligible for return and refund, as long as the item is returned in line with the conditions required within our guidelines.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

All our customer service staff work between the hours of:

Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM.

Our response time is approximately between 1-2 working days and we will ALWAYS get back to you to resolve your enquiry. Please do not worry if you do not receive a response immediately as we are working around the clock to make sure all enquiries are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

When your return is being processed, you will be notified via email. Please DO NOT / AVOID emailing unless your return has exceeded the timescale of 14 WORKING DAYS.
