Where is my order? 
Please ensure you check underneath the photo on the item description for your delivery timescales. The majority of our items are all available on a pre order basis as they are all handmade, meaning the maximum time your item will usually take to get to you is up to 21 working days. If your item is a pre order item then it will show this in the caption of the photo, if it does not show pre order, this means that the item is in stock available for next day delivery. 
 
It has been outside of the timescale advised and I still have not received my order? 
If you have not received your order and it has been outside of the timescale, usually we will endeavour to contact each customer to explain the reason for the delay, sometimes there may be reasons outside our control. E.g. Customs Clearence. If you would like more information regarding the whereabouts of your order then please contact us via email gypsabellax@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours with an update on the status of your order. 
 
I want to order an item but I am not too sure if it will get to me in time and I would like to know if it can be made any quicker? 
If you would like an item quicker than the advised timescale, please send us an email with the details and we will be able to confirm if this is possible. Sometimes we are able to expedite the shipping or if it is a custom made piece by ourselves we may be able to process this on a faster scale for you. 
 
Do you offer refunds? 
We offer refund/exchange as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging with tags and returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
We have special conditions in place if your item was a sale item or purchased using a discount code. To know whether your item is eligible for a refund, please check out our returns page for more information.
