If you would like to collect your item from our store you can select this option for free at checkout.

11:00am - 3:00pm

Your order will usually be ready for collection within 1 working day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection (Please check your junk mail if you can’t find one). If you haven’t received an email within the expected timeframe, you can email us on gypsabellax@gmail.com and we can look into this for you.
You have 14 working days to collect your item once it is ready for collection.
If you do not collect your order within 14 working days (including Saturdays) you will be issued with a credit note for the amount of your order and the item/s will go back into stock. This will be sent to you via email and will be valid for 6 months.
